More than 30 countries are visa free and visa on arrival for Pakistanis at the moment. According to the Henley Passport Index
Belarus Visa On Arrival
One country has been added to this category now, it is Belarus. It has included Pakistan in the list of countries which are eligible for the Belarus visa on arrival. The eligible Pakistanis can stay up to 30 days in Belarus without prior visa from 17 October 2021. Unfortunately there is a condition that you must have a Schengen visa on your passport to avail this facility.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belarus Sajjad Haider said in a Tweet that Pakistani nationals with more than one entry Schengen visa from October 17 will be allowed to arrive in Belarus for a maximum period of 30 days. Belarus visa on arrival will be issued them on the airports.
“A Pakistani passport holder should have the correct document for travel to Belarus, individuals who have an entry visa from one of the EU member states or people with a stamp of entry to the EU or Schengen area can also enter Belarus,” the ambassador said.
This act of the Government of Belarus will help enhance people-to-people contacts, trade and investment ties between the two countries. The two countries currently have good trade and economic ties and a large number of business men travel to Belarus every year from Pakistan to explore opportunities.
